About Finitu
Task management for teams whose work happens on site, and for the office teams that work alongside them.
Why Finitu Exists
Most teams do not run out of work. They run out of time, usually because nobody can see how much is already underway. Jobs get accepted over text, tracked in someone's memory, and checked on with phone calls. By the time anyone notices the team is overbooked, deadlines are already slipping.
Finitu makes work visible. Every task lives on a shared board with an owner and a status. Time tracked on tasks shows how long work really takes. Optional QR codes and GPS show where work happened. With the same picture in front of everyone, teams can plan what they can actually finish and stop overscheduling.
Built for Work That Happens Away From a Desk
Most task tools were designed for people at computers. Finitu was built for maintenance technicians, housekeepers, facilities staff, farm crews, and the managers who coordinate them, and it works just as well for office teams. It runs in any phone's web browser, so there is nothing for a crew member to install.
How We Think About Location
Location in Finitu is attached to tasks to show where work happened. It is optional, it is recorded only while someone is checked in, and it is never used for payroll or advertising. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what is recorded and who can see it.
