  2. Set the date range to the previous week.
  3. Review the completion trend chart and status distribution.
  4. Note overdue tasks and who they're assigned to.
  5. Export the data to CSV or PDF for your presentation.
Scenario 2

Auditing Time Tracking for Payroll

It's the end of the pay period and you need accurate hours for each employee.

  1. Go to Reports and select the 'Time Tracking' tab.
  2. Set the date range to match the pay period.
  3. Review 'Hours by User' to see total hours per employee.
  4. Click on any user's bar to drill down into their daily entries.
  5. Export the report to CSV for import into your payroll system.
Scenario 3

Identifying Bottlenecks in a Project

A project is falling behind and you need to find where tasks are getting stuck.

  1. Open Reports and select the 'Projects' tab.
  2. Filter to the specific project in question.
  3. Check the lane distribution chart — a heavy 'In Progress' lane suggests bottlenecks.
  4. Review the task list to see which tasks have been in progress the longest.
  5. Use the Tasks report filtered by project to see overdue items and priority distribution.
